Charterhouse is working with a leading UAE real estate development and investment company whose asset portfolio includes retail, hospitality, facilities management and real estate services.
As part of the developments' continued ambition to remain a leading travel and tourism destination, paired with its vision to offer its customers premium lifestyle solutions, our client is seeking a Vice President of Real Estate to join their team in Ras Al Khaimah who will be responsible for the full life cycle of its real estate business.
The Vice President of Real Estate will manage the end-to-end real estate function, ensuring smooth delivery of its services and the efficient management of its real estate portfolio, leasing and property management. This senior leadership role will drive the vision of the organisation to achieve its ambition of becoming the leading real estate and property developer in the Middle East.
The VP of Real Estate will focus on developing the overall investment strategy for its owners and quantifying existing assets within its portfolio to improve yield and overall commercial returns. Additionally, you will have the ability to identify opportunities in multiple geographies in addition to the UAE.
Furthermore, the VP will maintain the portfolio Capex plan and assist in preparing feasibility studies which consider product mix and appropriate positioning of the development and assets.
Requirements
The client will look to recruit a C-Suite calibre Real Estate Development and Asset Management professional with a minimum of 20 years of experience with leading developments in the UAE, GCC or Europe.
To be considered for this role, the candidate will have extensive knowledge of asset managements and project development life-cycle, across multiple geographies, paired with a strong understanding of FIDIC laws within the UAE. The selected candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, from an internationally recognised University.
