Job description / Role

Ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will provide exceptional service, take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team will contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
• Greet and seat guests, providing a warm welcome and creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Assist guests in selecting menu items, providing recommendations and descriptions of dishes.
• Take and accurately record food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests or dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring proper table setting and presentation.

Order Management:
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Monitor table turnover and anticipate guests' needs, ensuring efficient and smooth service.
• Address any concerns or issues raised by guests promptly and professionally, seeking appropriate resolutions.

Menu Knowledge:
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
• Stay informed about daily specials, promotions, and any changes to the menu.
• Answer questions from guests regarding the menu, offering suggestions and accommodating individual preferences.

Requirements

• Candidate should have 1 to 3 of similar field experience
• Excellent communication skill
• Should have any Valid UAE Visa
• Ready to relocate to Abu Dhabi
• Should have experience in order management, customer management, food and beverages delivery
• Candidate should be smart, attention to details and friendly in nature
