Job description / Role

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. From warmly greeting customers to recommending menu items and ensuring their needs are met, you'll embody the spirit of Italian hospitality with every interaction.

Responsibilities:
• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanour, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Guide guests through the menu, making recommendations and providing detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including setting and clearing tables.

Requirements

• Italian citizenship or other EU nationality preferred.
• Previous experience as a waiter or server in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with knowledge of Italian cuisine.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
