About the Client:
One of the leading healthcare entities in the region, representing multinational pharmaceutical and consumer companies.

Job Description:
- Manage Warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision.
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and operations.
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
- Schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency.
- Control and manage inventory regularly and oversee general maintenance when necessary.
- Prepare Monthly budgets and liaise with suppliers and transport companies for administrative functions. Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyse productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention.
- Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages.

Requirements

- Male, 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree or any relevant certificate
- At least 5 years’ experience in the same role in managing employees
- Preferably a candidate that has a proven hands-on experience in FMCG and Pharmaceuticals distribution operations
- Well-experience in managing warehouse, maintaining company standards & policies, controlling inventory & supervising, and directing order cycle
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
