Warehouse Superintendent

Job description / Role

Our client, a leading company in the UAE is looking for a Warehouse Superintendent to join their growing team in Dubai.

As a Warehouse Superintendent, you will design, implement and manage a centralised material and equipment catalogue in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring management of stock and liaising with the production support, maintenance and procurement to achieve operational goals that are within the budget and in line with the company’s established policies and procedures.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, ideal candidate must have at least a Bachelor degree and with two years additional technical or administrative training (forklift training or ERP training). Ten years’ experience in materials management, including warehouse operations, inventory management, stock control, procurement and contract management is highly essential for this role and should have at least 2-3 years supervisory role, performance management, working knowledge of oil and gas industry related materials. You are also expected to have experience in the design and implementation of inventory/ material stock programs across oil and gas companies.
