Hays is pleased to be working with a Wealth Management organisation based in DIFC. My client has partnerships with top tier financial institutions and has access to best in class products and is able to provide independent advice to their clients. Their goal is build and maintain long lasting relationships with their clients and understand their needs in order to provide the best personalised solutions for them.
My client is seeking to recruit a Wealth Advisory Director to join their team. The Wealth Advisory Director will need to have strong connections and network in the region and will need to have a book of business with a strong focus on Africa and KSA.
The Wealth Advisory Director will be responsible for growing the business of the firm by acquiring new clients as well as generating revenue through existing clients. They will need a strong knowledge of the markets and any regulations that may affect their clients. The Wealth Advisory Director will monitor client accounts’ performance and be able to discuss investment options and any potential risks.
Candidates will be shortlisted if they fulfill the essential criteria:
• 10 year’s experience in Financial/Banking Industry
• Degree Qualified in a Relevant Discipline eg Finance
• Strong Knowledge of financial products in all asset classes
• Must have regional experience
• Must have a book of business with a strong focus in Africa and KSA
• Experience in understanding the financial needs of HNW clients
