Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• CMS maintenance and monitoring: Assisting with Brand requests and access requirements; Proactively identifying areas of growth

CMS maintenance in the following areas:
• Insertion of new hotels and brands
• Updating and maintaining user manuals
• Managing Brand and Property level access rights
• Assisting with Brand requests
• Image Optimization
• eNewsletter landing pages and Special Offers loading
• Uploading new content

• Liaising and supporting Brand Champions and 3rd party agencies to ensure a consistently high quality of all digital assets
• Reporting on key activities: Monitoring of CMS daily/weekly/monthly reports; creating monthly overview of key CMS activity for internal review; Evaluating Brand contribution and engagement; Ad-hoc reporting for meetings and presentations
• Assist with reviewing, writing, editing and maintaining web content and digital assets

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, eCommerce, communication, or a related field with minimum 2-year experience in eCommerce, website management, or online content management
• Highly proficient in all MS Office products
• Possesses strong English writing and editing skills and understands appropriate grammar, spelling and punctuation rules; Supports GHA’s and member brand’s defined voice, tone and nomenclature of the site
• Demonstrates thorough understanding of website usability and interfaces, experience in data driven web applications and skilled at manipulating data cross-platforms such as Excel or Word into a CMS program.
• Understands information architecture and content design requirements
• Understands brand revenue management practices and aligns online content to support brand image
• Previous experience in online content management and development, online publishing or experience in an interactive community preferred
• Previous experience of Content Management Systems, Website editing and blogging; Proficient in CRM practices, content publishing, CMS processes
• Proficient in optimal user path experience, website design, IA, web configurations, web analytics and metrics
• Interest in web development and new digital technologies.

• Strong work ethic and a get-the-job-done attitude; Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team oriented environment
