Western European Sous Chef up to 12K AED for a Casual Dining Restaurant in Dubai

- Open to any WESTERN EUROPEAN candidates
- Male/Female, 35 years old and below
- Degree holder in Culinary or any relevant training
- At least 2 years of culinary experience in the same role
- Has strong experience in managing a kitchen
- With experience in steak/grilled meat
- Manage and train CDP, DCDPs or Commis working with you

Requirements

- Ensure high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
- Good English communication skills
- Work Location: Dubai, UAE
- Salary is up to 12,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications
