Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The role holder is responsible for formulating business development strategies and managing efficient for the purpose of achieving commercial objectives and meeting sales targets. The role holder is also responsible for identifying new development opportunities and recommending the investments based on commercial evaluation and the Business Unit’s organizational objectives.

Requirements

Core Responsibilities:
• Develops, enhances and implements sales strategies for the Business Unit to increase revenues and achieve overall commercial and sales targets
• Monitors the sales performance of the Business Unit, to ensure compliance with articulated strategies, and provides recommendations to enhance business performance
• Achievement of sales and GP targets for employment year(s) as defined in the approved business plan
• Establish relationships with Key Accounts in all prospective channels of Distribution (Retail Pharma, Mass Markets, Institutional, Others) within 3 months from date of joining
• Inventory Management & effective expiry controls
• Complete & Efficient Management of the logistics & distribution facility of the business
• Develop & Implement Wholesale Operations Structure, Personnel Development/Training that clearly articulate alignment & integration with Super Care Brands & Business Development. Operation Structure to be approved by COO & Senior Management
• Advertising & Marketing plan & its effective implementation to achieve business objectives
• Ensure high productivity levels of the Sales & Marketing Staff. Develop and implement robust incentive/commission scheme for wholesale team
• Ensure you are constantly updated on market information and stay ahead of the competition
• Ensure timely collections of all receivables from customers as per company approved credit policy
• To ensure proper servicing of all customer accounts
• Demonstrate operational and cost efficiency in all aspects of Distribution/Wholesale Operations (People, Inventory & Overheads)
