Role and Responsibilities

• Must have a working knowledge of general wire transfer policies
• Above average aptitude for working with figures and a high degree of accuracy is required, along with a logical mind to recognize, trace, and determine how to correct errors
• Comfortable working with high value transfers
• Must have good interpersonal and soft skills to respond to all the wire transfer queries of respective stakeholders.
• Will have to liaise with the Fetchr's relationship manager and become the point of contact for all the banking related issues.
• Should be able to handle cash perform necessary reconciliations.
• Demonstrated track record that includes ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize under pressure
• Extremely efficient and self-motivated, able to meet deadlines
• Friendly and go getter, with a lead by example attitude
• Able to handle proprietary and confidential information with discretion
• Able to communicate effectively with various levels of management
• Completes the necessary accounting documents for all transfers and complies with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Verify outgoing wire transfers ensuring procedures are followed and proper approvals have been met
• Maintain file for customer wire transfer agreements and PINs.
• Understand and comply with Bank mission, organizational structure, employee handbook, bank security, policies and procedures, standards of conduct and incentive program
• Other duties as needed or assigned

Requirements

Required Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and mathematical skills.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• 2 Years of work experience
• Proficiency in English and in MS Office
