Work Supervisor

Job description / Role

• To monitor and control workforce at shop floor and ensure planned targets are achieved.
• Supervision and execution of switchgear assembly, testing and commissioning activities.
• Planning of resources, methods and scheduling etc.
• Coordination and communication with Production Engineer related to manufacturing activities.
• Organization of workforce at shop floor.
• Follows the manufacturing plan to ensure that all target dates are met.
• Issues instructions to workforce and review progress.
• Daily progress monitoring and reporting to Production Engineer
• Ensure quality system procedures are implemented.
• Ensure safety policies are strictly enforced.
• Implementing & follow-up of Risk Assessment Report

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience with industrial LV Switchgears (Schneider Electric Blockset experience is preferable) and control panels wiring and assembly.
• Supervision and workforce control capabilities
• Implement HSE and quality requirements
• Reading and writing proficiency in English is must.
