Employment: Full Time

About the role:
Oversee and monitor the entire operations to receive, follow up and delivery of customer vehicles to ensure the after sales service is carried out to set company policies and procedures for all company vehicles.

Service Supervisor will manage the workshop, service reception & booking function of the company – Airport Road branch closely working with the Aftersales team, Principal and the customers while operating within the parameters of dealer standards such as genuine parts/tools and comply with ISO audit requirements.


Key responsibilities:
• Operations: Supervise the service work shop. Develop available resources of manpower, equipment, facilities to ensure best utilization for current and future business. Review processes to optimize work flow for efficiency. Assist and support the booking & information team with customer consultations. Assign jobs to the team based on the booking schedule/walk-in customers to ensure equal distribution of work. Liaise with members from concerned departments e.g. parts supervisor and workshop manager to ensure jobs are prioritized well and parts are available on time.
• Process Management: Monitor service key performance indicators (KPI’s) & teams progress on a daily basis and prepare action plans in order to maintain budget fulfilment. Review weekly customer satisfaction index (CSI) results and discuss details with the team members according to action plan. Monitor job completion reports and compare them with job cards to ensure the job cards are comprehensive with the required details prior to delivery.
• Customer Satisfaction: Review Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores, analyze, understand root causes and develop action plans to ensure performance improvement and increased customer satisfaction. Review customer satisfaction index (CSI)/customer relationship management (CRM) reports on a monthly basis, suggest service improvement techniques and provide feedback on performance as needed to achieve the desired results as per principal’s standards.
• Team Management: Monitor reports on the teams’ progress on a day to day basis to ensure target achievement is on track. Support the complete pending tasks, resolving issues and related to delivery delays or spare parts availability. Provide training on the job to new and existing staff members. Elaborate individual performance on a monthly basis of each team member and provide feedback accordingly.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance to manufacturer's directives and the safety rules to avoid any damage to the vehicles or to self. Promote safety rules defined for the equipment, instruments and products.

Salary – 18,000-20,000 AED/month + monthly bonus + family benefits

Salary:
AED 18,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: + monthly incentive + family benefits

Requirements

Essential skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 6 - 8 years of minimum experience in automotive workshop and service industry; out of which 2 years should be on managerial level.
