Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

DEPARTMENT: Sales

REPORTING TO: Sales Head

This position will be a part of the advertising sales function for UK, selling commercial time, ensuring effective utilization of the available inventory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achievement of assigned targets within the specified time frame : Half Yearly & Annual Target
- Yield Improvements over last year
- New Business Development – convert non-TV clients
- Key client management - Conceptualization & execution of out-of-the-box sales ideas / deals in conjunction with the brand solutions team
- Good understanding of finance and traffic system to ensure the smooth bookings and invoices
- Effective relationship management with clients and agencies
- Competitive monitoring and market knowledge

Requirements

- Candidate need to have atleast 5-8 years of experience, with experience handling media sales in local UK market and has specially handled South East Asian Market.
- Qualification: Post Graduate
- Understanding of UK Media market, with experience of South Asian media

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Ability to drive and achieve sales targets
- Leverages relationships & is a capable networker
- Should be both a category & a brand builder
- Concise yet inspiring communicator
- Analytical yet creative bend of mind. Ability to construct win-win deals for client/company.
