Business Development Director is required for an International Project Management & Consultancy Business.

This business has a unique position within Healthcare & Hospital Projects across the Globe. 40 Years successful trading they are seen as a market leader for International Healthcare Construction Projects.

Projects vary from a Extension to an existing Hospital on a tight footprint in a Major European City to a New Build Hospital in a remote part of Asia.

About the Client & Role
You will be based from the Head Office in Buckinghamshire -England. There will be travel required, this is a Global Position and will manage staff, clients and consultants across Multiple Time zones.

This role reports day to day into the Chief Operating Officer for the Group. You will drive, manage and strategically position the brand in the right government departments and trade commissions. You are building upon 40 Years successful trading.
The business is now entering a growth Phase for 2024 & 2025 in the 5 Year Vision.

• The business has established offices in Europe, China, Africa & the US so they are well placed to service multiple clients & providers.
• You will be managing a Regional Business Development Manager for each area listed.
• You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Tendering & the COO & CEO.
• You will liaise with UKEF, Lending Banks Government Officials Department of Business & Trade , Ambassadors , High Commissioners and other senior stakeholders.
• Can you represent the business in a professional, articulate & precise manner.
• Do you see the angles and opportunities that arise within business.
• Can you put all the Business Development Experience you have into a collaborative approach and success on negotiated network.
• The business has a huge amount of live leads that come though and they have strong historic relationship in key countries.
• This is a strategic appointment to take some of the weight off from the current CEO & COO as they go into new area.

GBP 8,750 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Following is desired by the client for successful applications :

• Degree Qualified – Ideally Business Administration or a Construction Background
• Language Skills – English Mother Tongue & Ideally a Second Language
• Clear Strength & Relationships within the NHS , Healthcare England & Sector Providers
• 10 Years Business Development Experience in a Management or Director Capacity
• Ideally 15- 20 Years experience within the Construction Environment. This maybe for a Project Management business or Main Contractor
• Based within 50 Minutes commute of the UK head Office
