Job description / Role
Business Development Manager - Europe
The role will consist of assisting the clients sales team in expanding the customer revenue across various European countries.
The role requires someone with a strong personality, and the ability to work with, motivate, and manage different groups within the organisation.
One of the primary functions of the position will be to identify and cultivate new business opportunities throughout a specified region.
The ability to engage with prospective customers on a highly technical level to understand their requirements is vitally important to the success of the role.
The selected candidate will be required to attend trade shows and seminars, in order to increase the potential to provide the sales team with market information, sales tools, and strategic planning.
The position will most likely be based out of the regional office in either England, Germany or France depending on candidate suitability.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level
- At least 5 years B2B sales
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to grow business in the region
- Confident in working with a small team as part of a global company
- Dynamic
- Communicate fluently in English
- Preferably come from an Engineering background, or equally one of a high technical level
