We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment professional to join the team in the function of Business Development Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of our recruitment efforts in the Oil and Gas sector.

This is a very heavy sales role, so a background in new business development, specifically to the Oil and Gas sector in a recruitment capacity is essential. With existing relationships with huge names in the market, the role will offer the chance to take a growing company to new clients using established reputations for delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the Oil and Gas sector, and identify opportunities to expand services.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient process for sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of recruitment services to clients, and provide ongoing support and communication to build long-term partnerships.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services and expand the client base.

Salary:
GBP 2,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the Oil and Gas industry, with a strong understanding of the recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, and effectively negotiate and close deals.
- Strong understanding of the Oil and Gas industry, including market trends, key players, and potential areas for business growth.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
