Job description / Role
* Role: VP Development & Construction - Ultra Luxury Hospitality
* Location: Scotland, UK
* Salary package: £150,000 - $200,000 per annum + benefits
A multi-award winning high-end construction group and I are seeking a Vice President of Development and Construction for their operation in Scotland, UK. You will oversea the development and construction both Luxury Hospitality and also a portfolio of Ultra-Luxury Residential project across the region. All of which or in the top 1% of the top 1% of luxury developments.
Prerequisites for position
* Ultra Luxury Hospitality/Residential Projects experience
* Strategic VP level Development & Construction experience
* You will have come up through the hands on construction route
* Outstanding 1-1 client facing skills
The salary will be around the region of US $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on whether your level of relevant experience.

Requirements
.As well as being a strategic level thinker, you will be hands on, regularly meeting with the various clients and being involved in overseeing the main contractpr's work.
