We are actively seeking talented professionals to join our dynamic and dedicated team who will contribute to the ongoing success of delivering to the needs of our client. Our team is currently looking to hire a Manager, HR Operations - Projects that is based in our Richmond upon Thames Office.

The Manager, HR Operations Projects is responsible for the direction, implementation, and management of all HR Operations projects including the areas of HR,, Performance Management, Career Pathing, Compensation, Workforce Planning and Data Security. The successful candidate will coordinate across all regions and stakeholders in the international business, driving successful delivery. This role provides leadership and support to all cross-functional business units though initiating, planning, execution, and completion. Through the regional offices, this role will be responsible for ensuring global core data integrity, and alignment and operational efficiency of multiple HR systems.

Duties and Responsibilities not limited to:

- Overall management of HR Operations project planning, execution, and monitoring.

- Direct day to day activities of project resources and management of project budget.

- Communicate process to project stakeholders and leaders and engage appropriate stakeholders in advance of any changes to scope, timeline, or budget.

- Provide integrated oversight and controls from initial project assessment through launch for all business readiness and technology solution activities and deliverables.

- Manage the planning and execution of all HR Operations initiatives, including but not limited to intake and prioritization of requests for new project work.

- Define project governance and structure.

- Produce top-down and bottom-up budgets, project schedules/plans, risk assessment plans, etc., using the correct tools that accurately reflect the scope of work.

- Proactively identify opportunities to adjust processes for efficiency and incorporate quality control processes into each project.

- Ensure ongoing performance, maintenance, and administration of current processes and systems for optimal performance and delivery for current requirements.

- Monitor and manage relevant system performance metrics to deliver system analytic so reporting is created and available for operating company use in continuous improvement

- Manage operations and shared service functions and internal client relationship management

- Make specific recommendations on how to structure service delivery.

Required Skills

- Ability to utilise business intelligence and metrics from HR systems/technologies and demonstrate business value in a compelling way

- Leadership demonstrated through “hands on” involvement and team management practices including the development of staff and others toward improved skills, independence, and self-initiatives

- Strategic thinking to effectively lead the development of a HR and service delivery strategy

- Creativity to challenge current practices and ways of thinking about the operation of the organization and encourage innovation and professionalism

- Goal, metric and results-oriented, with the ability to establish a strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and enthusiasm among the teams

- Must be organized and possess strong time and project management skills, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work on projects independently or on a team.

Requirements

Required Experience

- 10-15 years HR experience specializing in operations and shared service delivery experience.

- 5+ years of management experience in a global company.

- Degree in Human Resources or related field

- Previous project management experience in Human Resources

- Strong commercial understanding and the ability to master and communicate the value of HR solutions.
