Planning Manager

Are you a talented Senior Planner/Planning Manager seeking to enhance your career on a £300M high-rise residential development in North West London?

In this key position, you will oversee x2 projects (both D&B) with a combined value of £300M and will be managing x2 project planners (one per project). So, if you are seeking to take your career to the next level this could be a great opportunity for you.

The client heavily invests in its staff, believing in developing long term careers and this approach has enabled them to deliver outstanding results and regular repeat work from key clients. They undertake projects up to £200M in sectors such as Residential, Commercial, Education, Leisure, Industrial, Health & Retail. They are privately owned with a very strong forward order book.

In addition to the skills detailed below, It is expected that you will have already held the No1 Planning role on a major project within the UK or overseas and have excellent communication and organisational skills.

Requirements

• Have a proven track record of delivering projects as a Senior Planner/Project Planner within a UK based main contractor.
• Experience on a variety of projects such as Residential, Commercial, Education, Leisure, Industrial, Health & Retail.
• Have a high attention to detail
• Possess excellent IT skills.
• Must be able to remain calm under pressure
