About Standpoint Real Estate: This is a commission only role

Here at Standpoint, we believe in quality over quantity, all our brokers have extensive knowledge in Dubai's premium residential districts. Our entire team is RERA qualified and certified to operate as brokers and consists of the top talent in the city. As a boutique brokerage we focus on applying traditional UK Estate Agency standards & quality of service into the Dubai market.

By joining Standpoint Real Estate, you would be part of an award-winning brokerage and work in a stimulating sales environment that values hard work & talent. We are currently looking to expand and therefore on the lookout for talented professionals covering Residential Sales & Leasing.

Our 4,200 SQFT office is strategically located in Control Tower, Motor City meaning our brokers are never further than 15 minutes from the communities we cover in Dubai.

Responsibilities Include:
• As a Sales Agent your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Outbound cold calling
• Generating new leads and business for the company
• Listening to clients to successfully match clients and properties
• Arranging and conducting viewings
• Negotiating offers between both buyers and sellers
• Photographing of apartments/villas

Requirements:
• Result-driven mindset, outgoing and determined personality
• UK Driving License
• 2 Year's sales experience if not real estate background
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Financially Independent (£10,000 + Saved)

• 50% - 60% commission split on gross revenue
