Job description / Role
Our client is a leading developer in the Middle East, they require a Sales Director to join their team in China. Our client is looking to develop a team to help increase the numbers of Chinese nationals investing in Dubai property. They require a highly experienced individual with a strategic approach to drive this team to achieve this. Candidates applying for this role will have at least 15 years in sales within the Real Estate sector and must be fluent in Mandarin. This position will require a degree of travel.
Responsibilities:
• Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the region; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new developments.
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve annual sales targets
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
• Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
• Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
Requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject
• Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
• Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of our developments
• Proven ability to position our property and developers against competitors
• Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused and achievable solutions
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
