Employment: Full Time

The Procurement recruitment team here at McGregor Boyall are actively looking to make a strategic hire for one of our industry leading clients.

You will need to be immediately available for this 3 month contract and not have any major time off planned over the next 12 weeks.

If you can seamlessly thread the intricacies and complexities of stakeholder management, TUPE, influencing, strategic planning & spend management then we would love to hear from you.

The role:

The role will be based in central London 2 days per week in the office and this is non-negotiable. (Oxford Circus)

Key Responsibilities:

From day one you will be facing off to the CTO and the wider SLT to help optimise their spend around Tech & Media.

* Off-boarding exising suppliers
* On-boarding new suppliers
* TUPE of contract and permanent staff - skills essential.
* Help to drive cost reduction efforts through process improvements, contractual efficiencies and elimination of inefficient spending.
* Work with the CTO to build strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders to include Technology.
* Organise & create the strategy for IT category management and supplier development.

To qualify for an initial 1st stage interview, the successful candidate will possess some of these skills:

* Strong leadership ability and adept in dealing with a mixture of team members at different skill levels.
* The ability to make well thought out decisions in a fast-paced Agile environment.
* Understanding & delivering a range of procurement practices to include category management, end-to-end contract management, benchmarking etc.
* Off-boarding supplier work
* Experience with capex and opex models
* Excellent Influencing & negotiating expertise.
* Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Highly motivated with the ability to work well in a team or under your own supervision.
* Good knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, particularly regarding enforcing those SLAs and KPIs
* Experience of TUPE
