Senior Planning Engineer

Job description / Role

Linum Consult’s client is currently seeking a Senior Construction Planner from a Planning and scheduling background. This is for a very high profile building project in Central London for a major main contractor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Planning and scheduling
• Extension of time
• Delay analysis
• Development of the works programme using Primavera P6

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in Planning within the construction industry, preferably in London
• Background of working on residential buildings, high end hotels, listed buildings
• The right to live and work in the UK
• Proficient user of Primavera (P6)
• Ability to integrate BIM 4D is advantageous but not essential
• Experience in Joint Venture projects would be advantageous but not essential
