Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

GroupL is one of the biggest recruitment agencies in the UAE, placing over 12,000 candidates last year, with offices across the MENA/Europe and UK regions. We are now looking for our next Senior Recruiter who will help run our White Collar Division.

Responsibilities

• Develop and ensure implementation of high-quality global recruitment, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Supervise and mentor the recruitment team.
• Liaise with the team of recruiters and ensure suitable candidates are being approached to fill open and vacant positions.
• Ensure smooth running of post hiring processes including the onboarding process
• Research and keep a constant check with new talent in the market and update the data system
• Head hunting and building strong talent pools
• Building strong rapport with our stakeholders and improving our key accounts

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 5 plus years in Recruitment (Agency background only)
• Has broad knowledge recruiting for various positions
• Preferably experience recruiting Internationally
• Experience in B2B Recruitment Sales
