Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

JOB TYPE: Contract (Full time)

WORK PERIOD: 40 months

SALARY: $9,500 - $11,000 per month.

COMPANY AND LOCATION:
The client is a large construction company specialised in construction of industrial and technological facilities in the oil and gas industry. They are one of the recognised leaders in the market of oil and gas development in Central Asia and Russia. The job holder will be based at the project office/ site in Uzbekistan.

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate project workflow for one or multiple sub-projects
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover project demand
- Assign workers and other staff to particular project operations
- Schedule shift according to the project needs
- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
- Obtain, analyse and report output information
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports
- Keep paperwork organised
- Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff

Requirements

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- More than 15 years for gas/refinery/petrochemical plants in EPC Company
- Planning and Scheduling management experience
- Excellent knowledge of planning and quality control principles
- Experience in resource planning
- Good at math and statistics

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities

QUALIFICATION:
High school diploma; Further education or certification is preferred

EXPERIENCE:
More than 15 years for gas/refinery/petrochemical plants in EPC Company (Planning and Scheduling experience is required)

- Decision making ability and leadership skills
- Time management and prioritisation skills
- Excellent people and team management skills
