Business Development Manager

Job description / Role

-Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships

-Lead and oversee the development and growth of profitable new business through ensuring strategic & tactical management decisions

-Analyze market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.

-Develop review and report on the business development strategy

-Communicate effectively with client to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions and strategies.

- Communicate effectively with all support departments


University Graduate in Engineering with MBA
Minimum 10 years experience at least 5 experience in a leading manufacturing business
Knowledge in one or more of the following industries: Lighting, Electrical components or Panel Boards
Candidate must have Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Territory Management, Market Knowledge and Professionalism.
Strong Analytical Skills,
Organizational & Leadership Skills.
Business & Management principles knowledge.
