Security Operations Manager

Job Description:
• Lead the Security Intelligence Centre managed services team and oversee the activities, ensuring quality services
• Provide technical guidance, deliver on SIC contractual commitments, and execute the enhancement initiatives
• Create processes, assess incident reports, develop / implement crisis communication plans and also responsible for hiring, training, and assessing staff
• Create compliance reports, support the audit process, measure SOC performance metrics, and report on security operations to business leaders.
• Design, implement, and measure relevant security and technology management critical success factors, key performance indicators, and metrics.

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic speakers
• 40 years old and below
• 12 to 15 years of experience
• Experience in Operations management as a CDC manager or SOC manager
• Previous experience in SP, vendor (like SABIC, Aramco, Al Rajhi, etc...) is a plus
• Exceptional operational rigor with extensive real-world experience in ITIL methodologies and frameworks for IT operations.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and measuring relevant security and technology management critical success factors, key performance indicators, and metrics.
• Ability to create shift schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage by support personnel.
• In-depth knowledge of modern security concepts and how to apply them.
• Experience in managing and maintaining relationships between end customers, vendors, and internal/external customers.
• Required Certifications (ITIL, CISSP, CISM, Togaf, Sabsa, CMMI)
