Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The incumbent is primarily responsible to manage the warehouse, supplies and customer invoicing. The responsibilities include/involve verification and validation of incoming shipment documents, such as, supplier invoices, certificates, packing list, etc., timely and effective communication with parties involved, firm work commitment, accurate work product and application of best business practices to achieve company business objectives and customer satisfaction.

• Manage the company warehouse to ensure that all items are collected from the goods clearance location, received at the warehouse, handled, stored and preserved properly at desired temperatures.
• Ensure physical verification of the items received for quality and quantity.
• Prepare discrepancy reports and submit the department concerned.
• Ensure timely data entry and preparation of sales order, delivery note and customer invoice according to the customer purchase order.
• Maintain hygiene, safe and efficient warehouse environment in accordance with the existing government rules & regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory of all items and carry out periodical stock checks and generate appropriate reports.
• Assist annual financial auditing in terms of physical inventory and data.
• Pre-coordinate delivery of goods to the customers including fixing up prior appointments.
• Manage shipment of goods to customers through other means of transportation.
• Manage delivery men in terms of time management and efficient allocation.
• Ensure delivery of goods to the customers in the desired pack sizes and packing according to the customers’ requirements.
• Ensure proper representation, safe and timely deliveries to the customers and branches.
• Ensure submission of proper documentation associated with warehouse transactions, deliveries and invoicing to customers and in-house departments.

Requirements

University Graduate in Accounting or Equivalent.

• Proven experience in warehouse management.
• Good accounting background.
• Familiar with automated business applications for warehouse management and accounting.
• Advanced skills in MS Applications.
• Good communication skills.
• Driving License.
• Transferable Iqama.

About the Company

Road Café was established in the beginning of year 2001. It launched its first outlet in Aug of the same year. These outlets serve hot drinks, cold drinks and pastries. These services are provided to its customer using drive thru concept. Its targeted customer are motorist on highways. Currently, it is running this business in Eastern and Central province, Saudi Arabia. Road Café imports products to make these drinks from Italy, USA and Germany. Road Café is a whole seller for these materials to coffee shops in local market.
