Design Manager

Job description / Role

My client is a global design firm involved on a number of exciting projects within Mixed-Use, High Rise, Hospitality, large Commercial and Residential sectors.

As part of their major growth strategy, they are seeking fresh talent to their Architecture division to help support the continued development of the business across the Middle East.

One of their urgent requirements is for a Design Manager in Dubai. We are looking for candidates with a strong track record from schematic design onwards as well as proven technical knowledge. There are several projects ongoing which will enhance your portfolio.

Preferably and due to client requirements, we are looking for candidates with experience in the Middle East.

Salary:
AED 30,000 to 37,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience within Architecture
• Must have a Bachelor’s qualification in Architecture
• Experience in managing a team of Architects
• Experience from schematic to construction documentation
• Must have knowledge of authority regulations UAE
• Strong understanding of details
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite Programs
• Good leadership and communication skills
