Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a luxury organisation, who are looking to hire an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to provide professional support to a C-Level. This is a demanding role and will consist of juggling a variety of tasks; therefore, this role would suit somebody who thrives within a fast-paced environment, is highly organised and able to prioritise their work accordingly.
The Executive Assistant will provide high quality administrative support to a C-Level Executive whilst working within a fast-paced environment. The responsibilities will include extensive diary management for very busy diaries, complex travel arrangements across different time zones and itinerary management. Alongside this, the EA will review and prepare correspondence including emails, presentations and reports.
As a trusted employee working closely with Senior Management, the Executive Assistant will be handling confidential information and must have a proven track record as a loyal employee.
In addition to the above, the successful candidate will also be involved in working closely with other departments, such as organising events, supporting marketing and finance. The employee will also support in other administrative tasks where required.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be well-presented with a professional manner, obtaining 5 years’ similar work experience, ideally working within a corporate or prestige organization.

It is essential for this role that the candidate have a proven track record providing high-level service and should have exceptional communication written and verbal skills in English.
