Finance and Operations Manager

Job description / Role

• Perform thorough financial analysis to evaluate client businesses' performance and viability.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Interpret financial data to identify insights and areas for improvement.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to guide strategic decision-making for clients.
• Assess and optimize operational workflows and processes for increased efficiency.
• Identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies in client operations.
• Manage multiple client projects concurrently, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop project plans and deliverables.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and operational management, preferably in a consulting or advisory role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.
