Hospitality Design Manager

Job description / Role

A leading International Architectural Practice with a strong presence in the Middle East is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Design Specialist to manage the design of multiple hospitality projects across the region.

• As a Hospitality Design Manager, you will be integral in overseeing and managing a diverse team dedicated to large luxury hospitality projects.
• Your multifaceted role encompasses leading and managing the architecture team, conducting design supervision, recording, conducting client meetings and reporting in a consultant-side position.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing concept and detailed designs and ensure compliance with design intent, coordinating these drawings across various trades and disciplines.

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Qualified buildings Architect with a minimum of 15 years’ experience
• 10 years’ of full-time Middle East Experience.
• Extensive experience in 5* Multiple Hotel & Resort projects.
• Multi-discipline design experience and knowledge.
• Hands-on overseeing of all design works.
• Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken).
