Job description / Role
- Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff and provide information to the staff assistance on human resource and work related issues
- Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
- Develop and implement a human resources plan
- Provide staff orientation
- Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation and health insurance
- Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
- Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, increments, leave encashment and full and final settlements
- Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have and escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue
- Checking travel and tour expenses and manage all travel arrangements
- Understanding manpower requisition from the concern department
- Maintain standards of conduct
- Coordinated with PRO for processing of employment visas of new employees
- Prepare the HR Budget
- Arrange the training courses for the staff
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources
- University degree from recognized academic institution
- Fluency in oral and written Arabic and English is essential
- Excellent verbal, written and listening communications skills
- Able to work with a minimum of supervision and establish priorities and to plan, coordinate and monitor own work plan.
- Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters.
- Problem solving skills & Stress management skills
- Team building skills
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Excellent time management.
