Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Warehouse & Inventory Management
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Officer to support production planning and shipping activities.
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain and Customer Service Officers to manage pick and pack activities, production schedules, delivery, and inventory receipts, ensuring all data is accurately updated in DEAR system or equivalent.
• Oversee warehouse and inventory operations in the EU (Spain and Belgium), maintaining rigorous reporting and accountability.
• Manage goods movement, ensuring accurate, timely packing and inventory control, along with preparing necessary documentation for incoming and outgoing orders.
• Conduct warehouse inspections, inventory counts, and packing, contributing to efficient operations planning.

Supply Chain Partnering
• Assist in winding down and clearing SRS activities as part of broader supply chain functions.
• Evaluate and select efficient 2PLs & 3PLs based on accuracy, timing, and cost to fulfill Supply Chain objectives.
• Track and report on logistics and warehousing costs, aiming for optimization and budget adherence.

QMS Procedures – Implementation
• Implement approved QMS procedures (including Sales, Service, and Support), ensuring all reporting aligns with requirements.
• Alert process owners of any procedural discrepancies and suggest necessary adaptations.
• Maintain strict adherence to the QMS and other relevant customer service procedures, such as Distributor Management and Documentation Control.

Ad Hoc Support
• Respond to ad hoc requests related to the Supply Chain function as directed by management.

Requirements

• At least 7 years’ experience in warehousing, inventory control, production, incoterms, Freight Rate and logistics coordination,
• Excellent communication skills and high interpersonal aptitude.
• Positive team player with a keenness for learning and overcoming challenges.
• Strong Excel Skills.
