Exciting Opportunity for Principal Architect Role in Dubai with a Leading International Consultancy

Are you a visionary architect with a knack for bringing concepts to life? Do you thrive in leading teams through the front-end design process of large-scale developments? Our client is a leading international consultancy and seeking a dynamic Principal Architect to join the team in Dubai.

Ideal candidates will possess a robust background in concept development and front-end design, with a track record of contributing to significant projects across the region. Preference will be given to those with a stellar portfolio showcasing expertise in residential projects, including high-rise structures, luxury high-end residences, and community developments.

Reporting directly to the Design Director, you will spearhead the management of expansive projects, overseeing them from the bidding phase through to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Provide effective team leadership, fostering collaboration, and mentorship among team members.
• Engage in client presentations, ensuring clear communication of design concepts and project progress.
• Drive innovation and design excellence throughout all stages of project development.
• Play a pivotal role in the bid process and contribute to business development efforts.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing our values and commitment to exceptional design.
• Ensure timely and quality design delivery, meeting client expectations and project objectives.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (BSc, BA) from a reputable institution.
• International accreditation such as RIBA, ARB, or AIA is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading architectural projects, preferably in the Middle East region.
• Strong proficiency in conceptualization, front-end design, and project management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Passion for design innovation and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
