Our client is a leading investment group in the UAE and continues their exponential growth across the region. As part of a close-knit team environment, the office is an energetic and busy place to work. A super opportunity has arisen to gain grass roots experience in a forward thinking corporate that focuses on the internal development of their staff.

The role effectively manages all the correspondence for the office and requires accurate and timely input of information into the database. Reporting into the Office Manager, the role is based at the reception and the successful applicant will be the “face” and the “voice” of the company and must ensure all calls and visitors to the office are met with courtesy and professionalism. Strong organizational skills will be required to manage meeting room requests, provide full pantry oversight, manage lunch and internal event catering and coordinate travel bookings for the team and support to the EA’s when required.

The receptionist oversees all the activities of the office, including the facilities management, liaising with the relevant authorities on licensing and compliance issues, working closely with the PRO for visa renewals, medical insurance and employee letters and managing all courier contracts, ensuring seamless day to day running of the office.


We are seeking someone with excellent communication and written skills, who is highly service led, and with good teamwork ability. Working at the front of house, you will need to be a self-starter and be always prepared. Due to the demands of the business, our client is seeking English skills to native standard and a well presented and professional persona. The person currently in the role has left a lasting impression. Nothing has been too much trouble, and she has been the ‘go to’ for all the staff, with a smile on her face always.
