Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai. As a Recruiter at Huaxia Real Estate, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various positions within the company.
• Your day-to-day tasks will include posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and coordinating the hiring process with hiring managers.
• You will also be responsible for maintaining candidate pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
