We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Recruitment Consultant in the UAE to join our team. As a freelance consultant, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts and expanding our client base by introducing potential clients to our recruitment services. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely and the opportunity to earn a competitive commission based on successful client acquisitions.

Responsibilities:
• Develop new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.
• Introduce potential clients to our recruitment services in the GCC region.
• Advise clients on talent acquisition strategies.
• Prepare and present proposals to clients.
• Negotiate terms and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal team for seamless client handover.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Proven sales experience, preferably in recruitment in UAE/Gulf region.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Results-driven with ability to exceed targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
