As a Recruitment Consultant you will play a pivotal role in connecting talented professionals with exciting career opportunities with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Sourcing candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Dedicated to winning new client business

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant from a fast-paced agency background.
• Results-oriented mindset, with a drive to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
• Expert knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in assessing candidate qualifications and matching them with job requirements.
• Knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A results-oriented mindset, with a drive to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
• Expert user of LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is essential.
• Ability to source highly qualified candidates through a proactive headhunting approach accurately and efficiently.
