Senior Architect / Design Manager

Job description / Role

Randstad is working with an award winning architecture & engineering design consultancy based in Dubai in the search for a Senior Architect & Design Manager. Candidates applying must have strong technical design experience on complex projects in the Middle East, ideally within the high-rise or hospitality sectors.

Salary:
AED 23,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Key requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Architecture
- 10+ years of experience working with leading design consultants
- Experience on Middle East projects from schematic design to construction documentation
- Experienced in coordination with disciplines, internal and external
- Knowledge of Authority Regulations and Submission procedures for KSA and UAE
- Site Experience (RFI and Shop Drawing Review and Inspections) beneficial
- Knowledge of relevant software including Revit and Navisworks, AutoCAD and Office (Outlook, TEAMS, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
