Technical Support Engineer

Job description / Role

• Resolve network issues, configure operating systems, and use remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
• Contact clients via phone and/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals.
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Open to Filipino nationals

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Qualifications:

• Male, 40 years old and below
• Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field is required
• At least 2 years of industry experience required
• Must have handson experience with Windows environments
• Good understanding of computer systems, Internet Protocol (IP), and other tech products
• Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, or similar technologies are a plus
