Dolphin Steel Construction came into existence in January 1998, in response to the increasing demand for Quality Construction of Pre Engineered and Structural Steel Buildings in the UAE. The Company was incorporated as an L.L.C. (Limited Liability Company) and restructured in February 2000 with the induction of Mr. Matar Muhair Al Hamiri, a UAE National as the local sponsor, and Mr. Sudhir Bhatt, as Promoter, Partner and Managing Director of the Company.

The status of activities, strength and magnitude of the company is briefly enumerated below:

Currently executing for 62 on-going "Turnkey" Contracts of value in excess of US$ 200 million. Maintains a full-fledged office infrastructure including full-service departments like Designing, Estimation, Purchase, Projects, Contracts Management, Accounts, Human Resources, Finance & Administration, Sales & Marketing and Reception.

Tenders of value in excess of US$ 200 million are in various stages of negotiation and/or finalization.
