OPERATIONS
Our operations center is setup in Dubai Media City. From here we provide monitoring, service, support and it infrastructure operations 24/7 to clients around the world.
In most cases the clients own their own equipment and it is located at their own and/or at co-location facilities. We provide the monitoring and operations via VPN. EZE is taking responsibility running the systems, reporting to the client at regular intervals both on incidents, issues, fixes and documentation that we have held the agreed SLAs
