Green Line Engineering (GLE) was established in 1994 in Lebanon by Eng Fouad Tarabay and after thirteen years ie: in year 2007 Eng Tarabay moved to establish Green Line Engineering in Doha-Qatar together with its sponser H.E. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Ahmaad Al Thani and has been conducting business in the field of contracting.

During its period of existence GLE has contracted several medium to large sized projects for major development companies in Qatar and created three divisions namely;

Infrastructure-Road Works Division.
Landscaping Division.
Lighting Division.
